Becoming Part of a Community

Living in a cabin with other campers of the same age is a great way to learn healthy cooperation, respect for others, and build lasting relationships. Campers work together during daily cabin clean up time as they strive for the highest score in hopes of winning the coveted Golden Plunger. Most importantly, campers leave camp with friendships that will last a lifetime.

Boys and girls have their own separate cabin areas with cabins assigned by age group. Each cabin houses two counselors and eight to twelve campers. In addition to living together, campers also eat meals in the dining hall family-style with their cabin group and counselor. During our thirteen-day sessions campers participate in several  games, competitions and chill times with their cabin groups over the weekend as we break from the normal camp routine.
