Basketball

Focusing on fundamentals, you will have an opportunity to build your confidence and skills. You will learn ball handling, shooting techniques, and defense. Learn to work with a team a put your skills into practice as your participate in the end-of-session tournament.

Climbing Wall
Scaling the heights of our indoor climbing wall is an unforgettable challenge! Beginners and experienced climbers alike enjoy this class. We will teach you the safety and techniques of climbing and belaying as well as knot tying, types of equipment used in the sport, and much more.

Fitness (rising 7th grade and older / Main Camp only)
Whether you are wanting to learn how to stay fit or you want to be conditioned for your upcoming sports season, this class is for you.  Learn a variety of workouts to help form good habits as you strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Flag Football
Running drills and learning the fundamentals of the game are all part of this fun skill taught in a semi-competitive atmosphere.  Learn how to pass, catch, and run routes while developing a love for the sport!

Rec Sports
Some of the most fun sports out there are the ones you won't play in P.E. In this class you will learn the rules, skills, and strategies of Table Tennis (aka Ping Pong) and Disc Golf. You can surprise your counselor with your new found skills and challenge them to a game during freetime!

SNAG (Golf)
Starting New At Golf is a great program that will teach you the fundamentals of the game. Developed by pro-golfers, this skill will give you a needed edge on the course.

Soccer
Soccer is the most popular sport in the world.  Learn how to dribble, shoot, pass, and defend while working with others toward a common goal.
