The Fine Print
2013 SessionsSession 1 (6 day): June 2-7 $845
Session 2 (13 day): June 9-21 $1420
Session 3 (6 day): June 23-28 $845
Session 4 (13 day): June 30-July 12 $1420
Session 5 (13 day): July 14-26 $1420
A deposit and registration fee of $250 is due with the submission of the application. The $200 deposit will be non-refundable after March 1, 2013, but may be transferred to another session upon availability. The registration fee of $50 is non-refundable. Payment may be set up on a schedule if desired. The final balance is due April 30th, 2013. No discounts are allowed for late arrivals or early departures. A refund of 1/2 the unused fee will be given for campers dismissed for health reasons. Dismissal due to homesickness or misconduct will result in forfeiture of the rest of a campers stay and no refund will be available. Registration will be final upon receipt of full camp fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If paying by check, please make it payable to Strong Rock Camp and Retreat.
There is no extra charge for any of the classes. Campers can shop at the camp store for souvenirs and/or personal items such as toiletries and stamps as well as afternoon snacks (Evening snacks are provided free of charge). Parents may set up spending accounts for their campers if they wish, as keeping cash in the cabins is discouraged.
