Pride of the Tribe
The Pride of the Tribe award was introduced the summer of 2008 to encourage campers to display positive attitudes and good sportsmanship during tribal competions. Throughout each session our camp directors, program directors and head counselors observe campers as they participate in activities and interact throughout the day. Points are then awarded for outstanding sportsmanship, tribal spirit and overall attitude. The points are added at the end of each session and the tribe with the highest score is awarded the Pride of the Tribe Trophy at our closing ceremony.
