Here’s a cooking class favorite! It’s easy, it’s tasty, and best of all, it’s just like cooking class. Follow along to see how you can make a lil apple pie to enjoy at home!

  1. Preheat Oven to 425°

  1. Roll out your pie crust, and then use a cup, cookie cutter, or small bowl to make circles to fit into the muffin pan. Roll the scrap pieces back out to recut more circles. Then, place the circles into the muffin pan after coating it with non-stick spray.

  1. Mix the chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon, flour, vanilla and nutmeg all together in a bowl. Scoop the mixture evenly into all the pie crusts. It should be a couple scoops per pie.

  1. Using the extra crust, make designs of your choosing to use as the tops of the pie crusts. Cutting the crust into thin slices and placing it as a checkerd pattern is a popular pie crust design, but be as creative as you want with it!
  1. Place the pies in the oven, and back for 20ish mins. Keep an eye on it, if it begins to get brown and the apples inside start bubbling go ahead and remove the pies then set them out to cool.

  1. Let cool, and then enjoy that pie!

(While the pies are cooling, now is a good time to clean up your workspace and the dishes that aren’t hot. )
